Sinceramente pensei que não ia ter tempo para escrever/fotografar os habituais favoritos, mas o último fim de semana de folga veio mesmo a calhar para orientar as coisas aqui pelo blog (que, sejamos honestos, está negligenciado desde a chegada de uma certa cachorrinha maravilhosa).
Sinceramente, os queridinhos do mês são um pouco repetitivos, especialmente no que toca a cuidados de rosto. Ainda assim, há uma ou outra novidade que acho que vão gostar de descobrir!
∴ Skin Foundation da Bobbi Brown. Bom, comecemos então com os favoritos antigos! Esta é, como já vos disse, a minha base favorita de sempre e será com certeza a primeira base que voltarei a comprar (sim, é raríssimo voltar a comprar produtos). Fina, leve, formulada com água e com um acabamento luminoso, aperfeiçoado e simplesmente maravilhoso.
∴ Vitamin Enriched Face Base da Bobbi Brown. Mais um produto da Bobbi, nada de novo portanto. Já falei mais sobre este primer por aqui e pelo Instagram, mas este é um híbrido entre primer e hidratante, feito à base de manteiga de karité e vitaminas A e E, e que promete alisar, hidratar e preparar a pele para receber a base. É um indispensável na minha rotina!
∴ Custom Highlight Drops na cor Rose Glow da Lancôme. Estas gotinhas mágicas só vieram morar cá para casa no final do mês, mas já não passo sem elas! Umas gotitas nos pontos altos do rosto ou misturadas com a base e a pele fica logo como nova, fresca e luminosa. Ansiosa por experimentar as Champagne Glow, mais clarinhas do que as que tenho.
∴ Mineralise Skinfinish na cor Otherearthly da MAC. Sinto-me mal por incluir um produto edição limitada de há dois anos (?) atrás, mas voltei a descobri-lo este mês e usei-o non stop! Adoro os Mineralise Skinfinish da MAC, dão uma luminosidade brutal ao rosto e este não é exceção – misturando as três cores dá como blush, bronzer e iluminador num só produto. Quero muito experimentar o famoso Soft & Gentle a seguir!
∴ MatteLast Liquid Lipstick na cor Matte Beige da PIXI. Estes batons líquidos da Pixi foram uma agradável surpresa. Confesso que não tinha grandes expectativas mas os nudes são lindíssimos (e não me fazem parecer morta) e super confortáveis, devido aos óleos presentes na fórmula. Ainda assim, duram bem durante o dia e não dão aquele aspeto de butthole lip, que tanto odeio nos batons líquidos.
∴ Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré. Confesso que estava receosa de experimentar, normalmente estes cremes mais ricos desencadeiam imediatamente breakouts na minha pele sensível, mas nada disso! Adoro usar este creme como máscara hidratante ou até mesmo como primer de maquilhagem, hidrata muitíssimo a pele e 'alisa-a' para a base.
∴ Huile Prodigieuse Riche da NUXE. Sou literalmente apaixonada por este óleo seco! A minha pele do corpo fica quase como as escamas de um réptil durante o inverno e este óleo seco (uma versão mais rica do que o original) apazigua-a logo. Hidrata - e de que maneira - e deixa um cheirinho divinal na pele.
∴ Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. I know you're probably tired of hearing me yap about this foundation, but this is truly the greatest thing I've ever tried! I wear this every single day, no matter the weather, mood or what I'm gonna be doing. It's extremely lightweight, runny but still perfecting and deliciously comfortable on the skin. I wear the shade Warm Ivory, for reference.
∴ Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. The other half of this dream duo! Much like the foundation, I reach for this primer every single day as it's the first primer I have ever gotten along with. Enriched with Shea Butter and Vitamins A and E, this buttery wonderfulness works as a moisturiser and primer in one, making sure you're hydrated and that your makeup stays put all day.
∴ Lancôme Custom Highlight Drops in Rose Glow. A new launch from Lancôme and one I'm entirely obsessed with! These drops are meant to be used either mixed in with your foundation/moisturiser or as a touch of light to the high points of my face, which is my preferred way to use them. They are incredibly pigmented but also subtle, so you never have to worry about any glittery mess! These are truly divine and I'm dying to get my hands on the Champagne Glow ones, which are slightly brighter than the Rose Glow ones.
∴ MAC Mineralise Skinfinish in Otherearthly. It's shady of me to include a LE product from 2 years ago, but I rediscovered this MSF this month and I've been reaching for it non-stop! I swirl all these shades together and get a luminous blush, bronzer and highlighter in one. Can't beat MAC's highlighters, can you? I need to try Soft & Gentle asap!
∴ PIXI MatteLast Liquid Lipstick in Matte Beige. These were a fab surprise because I didn't have high hopes (even though the nudes are just beyond gorgeous), but the formula and the overall look of them have blown me away! I've been reaching for Matte Beige a lot - the perfect nude, in my opinion - and these are just crazy comfortable due to the oils in the formula. No cracked lips and a colour that lasts? Winner in my eyes!
∴ Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré. This cream had been on my radar for literally ages, but I never took the plunge because I feared it'd be too rich for my combination skin. My thoughts changed when my sweet friend gifted this to me last Christmas and I've been smitten with it ever since! I don't use it as a moisturiser, but I do reach for this as a primer and as a hydrating mask.
∴ NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Riche. A favourite of everyday. The skin on my body is truly lizard like during the winter, so this rich dry oil is a godsend! And the smell, you guys... Divine.
