So... Comprei uma mala nova! No início do ano passado lembro-me de ter dito à minha mãe que queria investir numa mala de qualidade, sendo que até aí passava a vida a comprar e a arrumar malas mais baratas da Parfois, Zara, etc. Queria uma mala durável de pele que fosse intemporal, e aí começou a busca.
Primeiro fui ao sítio onde a maioria das mulheres vai quando quer comprar a primeira mala de marca: a Michael Kors. Adoro as malas da marca, mas sinto que a qualidade não acompanha o preço, portanto desisti aí da ideia. Esqueci-me um bocado deste tópico, optando por ir poupando, até descobrir a Camelia Roma.
Nunca tinha ouvido da marca até ver uma das bloggers que sigo a mostrar uma bucket bag que comprou por lá, mas não demorou muito até me apaixonar pelas malas desta marca italiana! São feitas em pele genuína italiana, mas os preços são na mesma acessíveis e muiiito apetecíveis! Quer dizer, como não amar?
So... I got a new bag! In the beginning of last year I remember talking to my mum about wanting to invest in a quality bag, seeing as I'd been always purchasing and discarding high street bags from Parfois, Zara, etc. I really wanted a leather bag that was durable and timeless, and so the search began.
At first I went to the place practically everyone goes to when it comes to buying their first high end bag: Michael Kors. I love their bags, but I felt like the quality of them versus the price tag wasn't that great, so I quickly discarded that idea. I kind of forgot about this for a while, instead opting to save up, until I discovered Camelia Roma.
I'd never heard about this brand before until I saw one of the bloggers I follow mention it and I quickly fell in love with their designs! It's an Italian brand that designs gorgeous, timeless bags in real Italian leather for really affordable prices... I mean, what's not to love?!
Este packaging, though! Sonho de uma blogger, não? Encomendei a mala no dia 27 de dezembro e chegou a semana passada, o que é normal devido ao período natalício e de ano novo. O serviço deles é impecável e a encomenda chegou numa caixa de cartão enorme com esta caixa lá dentro. Sou só eu que vejo aqui uma vibe Chanel?
This box, though! Blogger dreams right there. I ordered on the 27th of December and it got here in last week, which isn't that bad considering the holiday period. The customer service was impeccable and the order came in a big cardboard box with this stunning package inside. Is it just me who senses a Chanel vibe here?
Optei por esta mala toda em pele, que me faz lembrar um pouco o estilo Hermès. Tem imenso espaço e a pele é super macia e de qualidade, portanto não podia estar mais feliz com a minha compra! É sem dúvida uma mala muito elegante que não me levou à falência – paguei creio que 100€ com portes incluídos, o que é um preço justo comparado com os preços das malas Michael Kors e afins!
The bag came in its own little duster bag, which I loved, and I opted for this full leather handbag, which reminds me a bit of a Hermès bag. It's super roomy and the leather feels very smooth and great quality, so I'm super pleased with my purchase! It's definitely a stunning classy bag that didn't really break the bank, considering this cost me about 100€ with shipping included, which is a great deal if you think about how much you pay for a Michael Kors bag!
