Kate Moss's Nude

Mais um dia, mais um batom nude... Uso e abuso cada vez mais destes batons, desde que descobri que é possível usar um nude sem parecer morta - problema de quem é branquinha - e o que não falta são opções, desde as mais caras às mais em conta, como os batons da coleção da Kate Moss para a Rimmel. 

Da marca já tenho um batom matte bordeaux - perfeito para a época festiva - que adoro, super confortável e com uma pigmentação ótima, pelo que não hesitei em experimentar esta fórmula mais cremosa mas igualmente bem cotada. A minha escolha foi o #45, um rosa velho com subtons mais frios, mas a Primor enganou-se na encomenda e enviou-me o #42, um rosa pêssego também muito bonito. Optei por ficar com ele e é sobre este lindão que vamos falar.

Another day, another nude lipstick... Ever since I realised I can wear a nude lipstick without looking like a corpse - pasty white gal problems - I've been wearing these so often! Thankfully there's plenty of options, ranging from high end (MAC) to drugstore, where you can find Kate Moss's nude lipstick collection for Rimmel.

I already have one of her matte lipsticks, a deep burgundy red that is just stunning for the holiday season and is super comfortable and mega pigmented, so I didn't hesitate to pick this one up. This isn't a matte, instead it has a creamy finish that I've been favouring so much. I picked up #45, a plum pink with a cooler undertone, but Primor got it wrong and sent me #42, a peachy pink with warmer undertones. I decided to keep it regardless and that's what we'll be talking about today.

A cor #42 é um nude cor de pêssego, uma cor que ainda não tinha na minha coleção. Enquanto o #45 é um rosa mais frio, este é um nude de tom mais quente, que assentaria super bem em meninas de pele branquinha (já nas morenas é capaz de parecer muito 'morto'). A textura é suuuuper cremosa - sabe mesmo bem senti-lo deslizar nos lábios - e o cheirinho é ótimo, bem frutado e que se sente logo ao puxar a tampa do batom. A duração não é das melhores, claro, pois não se trata de um batom matte, mas não seca os lábios e nem é preciso espelho para aplicar, pelo que se pode (e deve) reaplicar ao longo do dia!

The shade #42 is a peachy nude, a shade I was missing in my collection. Whilst #45 is a mauve pink with cooler undertones, this one is definitely warmer, perfect for a summer look and especially great for those with fair skin (darker skins may find this washes them out). The finish is super creamy - feels great when applying - and the smell is gorgeous, very fruity and delicious! Lasting power isn't the best in the world I'm afraid - it's not a matte after all - but it doesn't dry out your lips and a mirror isn't required for reapplication, so it's perfect to carry around in your purse!
