Nem sei bem o que pensar quanto ao facto de já estarmos em 2018, mas é lidar, não é minhas amigas? Para atenuar esta sensação de que o tempo me está a fugir por entre os dedos como areia, nada melhor do que olhar para as coisas boas que um ano novo traz e pensar em produtos/coisinhas novas que quero testar.
∴ Soft Matte Complete Concealer da NARS. Nunca pensei que algum dia iria sequer olhar para este produto, mas cá estamos. Nunca encontrei nenhum corretor que me enchesse verdadeiramente as medidas, mas este tem tão boas reviews – dizem que é cremoso e que não marca as linhas de expressão – que estou disposta a experimentar.
∴ Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation da Bobbi Brown. Nem é preciso falar-vos do meu amor total pela Skin Foundation, pois não? Ora, não satisfeita, a Bobbi lança este mês (cá) a nova Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation, uma base matte mas não flat, que promete cobertura total mas nada pesada. Até eu, que odeio bases matte e full coverage, estou em pulgas para experimentar!
∴ Time Filler Eye da Filorga. Se há coisa em que ando a falhar é no tratamento da zona ocular. Os olhos são dos primeiros lugares onde a idade começa a pesar e nunca é demais prevenir estes sinais com um bom creme. Uma marca que tenho curiosidade em experimentar é a Filorga (já experimentei uma saqueta deste produto e gostei), por isso será o primeiro investimento.
∴ Sérum Advanced Génifique Sensitive da Lancôme. Não conhecia, nunca ouvi falar nem nunca tive curiosidade... até experimentar uma amostra e ficar K.O. Preciso desde sérum na minha vida, stat! Com propriedades antioxidantes e pensado para as peles mais sensíveis, este sérum promete devolver à pele a sua luminosidade natural. Para além do Sensitive, indicado para a noite, quero também experimentar o famosíssimo Advanced Génifique para o dia, um ativador de juventude que toda a gente parece adorar e recomendar.
I don't really know what to make of the fact we're in 2018 and that January is practically over, but here we are... Time feels like it's literally slipping through my fingers, anyone else? But anywho, there's nothing like trying out new products to ease the mind and perk us up a bit, am I right?! Here's my 2018 wishlist... so far!
∴ NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer. The hype is real with this one! I never really cared for the famous Radiant Creamy Concealer, but this pot version really intrigues me. The name put me off for a while – I abhor anything matte! – but the reviews are great and I desperately need a new concealer.
∴ Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation. Of course this had to be included! Bobbi Brown is probably my favourite brand ever and every time there's a new release from them, my ears perk up. This new foundation is my beloved Skin Foundation's matte and more long-wearing sister, which is not something I normally gravitate towards. However, the reviews are fabulous and this promises to be super weightless despite the fuller coverage, so I'm eager to get my paws on it.
∴ Filorga Time Filler Eyes. I badly, badly, badly need a new eye cream and Filorga has the best rep when it comes to anti-ageing offerings! I tried a sample of this for a while and absolutely adored it, so I'm just getting the courage to invest in the full size pot.
∴ Lancôme Advanced Génifique & Advanced Génifique Sensitive Serum. Again, I tried a sample of this serum and I was WOWED. Literally shook to my core! This is absolutely, hands down, no question the best serum I have ever used. My skin is smoother and plumper, my pores are non-existent, I look like an actual 20 year old rather than a 50 year old saggy mess! Need, need, NEED to invest in the full size right away. In fact, this is gonna be the first product I purchase from this list.
